The Ars Goetia, the first section of the 17th-century grimoire The Lesser Key of Solomon, details 72 demons, their ranks, powers, and how they may be summoned and controlled. These entities are often referred to as the Goetic demons, and they hold significant roles in demonology and occult practices.
